Shipping policy

Fashorio ships to the United States and 43 additional countries. All rates are calculated by total order weight at checkout, so what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships. Orders may arrive in multiple packages when items ship from different warehouses; you will receive tracking for each package.

United States and US territories

We ship to all 50 states, PO boxes, US military addresses (APO/FPO) and US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa and the US Virgin Islands.

  • Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days for items stocked in the US, 5 to 10 business days for items shipped from overseas warehouses (after processing)
  • Rates by order weight: $3.99 up to 0.6 lb, $5.99 up to 1 lb, $9.99 up to 5 lb, $14.99 above 5 lb

International shipping

We ship to: Albania, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Rates by order weight are shown at checkout and range from $1.99 to $20.99 depending on destination and weight. Typical delivery times after processing:

  • Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, UAE, United Kingdom: about 4 to 16 business days
  • Ireland, Italy, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia: about 7 to 20 business days
  • European Union countries and Albania, Israel: about 8 to 18 business days
  • Brazil: about 16 to 29 business days

Expedited shipping

Expedited and overnight shipping are not available at this time.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns on international orders

Please note that orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for returns. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Tracking and delivery issues

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at info@fashorio.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
