Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work at Fashorio.

Return window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on the carrier tracking delivered date). Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval to qualify for a refund. For orders delivered in multiple packages, the window starts from the final package delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.

Final sale items

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned: swimwear, bodysuits, intimates and lingerie, jewelry, beauty products and face masks. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering these items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

International orders

At this time, orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for returns. If your international order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refund processing

  • Original shipping charges are non refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; your bank may take additional days to post the credit.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will cover the resolution, including return shipping where applicable.

How to start a return

Email info@fashorio.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team responds Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST, and will send you return instructions and the return address.
